Delivery Rules – Bangladesh
1. Delivery Coverage
- We deliver to all 64 districts across Bangladesh.
- Home delivery is available in most cities and towns, depending on courier partner coverage.
2. Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 5 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 7 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or national holidays.
3. Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳60
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120
- Free delivery may be offered for selected products or promotional campaigns.
4. Payment Method
- We accept only Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the product and pay in cash.
5. Delivery Partners
- We deliver through trusted courier services including Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan, Pathao, Steadfast, and Paperfly
6. Order Confirmation
- All orders are confirmed via phone call or SMS before dispatch.
- Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically.
7. Delivery Attempt
- The courier will contact you before delivery.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may be delayed or canceled.
8. Return & Exchange
- Please inspect the product upon delivery.
- If you receive a wrong or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours for return or exchange.
- No returns accepted for change of mind after delivery.
9. Important Notes
- No advance payment is required.
